BatchLabel is sold and operated by Adrià Aguilar Mínguez, at Carrer del Degà Sanfeliu, 16, 46120 Alboraia, Valencia, Spain, and reachable at ecom.operations.spain@gmail.com. It provides browser-based barcode and label generation, optional account storage and paid monthly or yearly capacity. These terms explain recurring billing, cancellation and the user's responsibility to verify identifiers, content and physical print results.

Confirm identifier rights
Use only values you are entitled to encode and obtain official assignments where the workflow requires them.

Pro and Business renew monthly or yearly according to the interval shown before Checkout. Manage or cancel the subscription through the customer portal.

Validate data and dimensions, then print and scan a representative sample with the intended material, reader and downstream system.

Know the limits
Fees are stated in euros per month or year and include applicable tax within the displayed amount. Stripe shows the final recurring total before payment; no paid plan is activated without explicit Checkout confirmation.
BatchLabel does not assign GTIN, EAN or UPC identifiers and does not certify barcode grade, printer output or regulated labels. Users remain responsible for their source data and production approval process.

When does cancellation take effect?
You can cancel a paid plan through the Stripe customer portal. The subscription remains available through the billing period already paid and does not renew after that period.
Can BatchLabel be used for regulated healthcare labels?
It may assist with internal, non-regulatory labeling, but it is not certified regulatory software and must not replace an approved compliance system.
