A tidy, repeatable workflow

From messy rows to a clean print run.

No mail merge, no copy-paste, no nudging every label into place.

  1. 01

    Bring the data

Open a CSV or XLSX. Choose the sheet, inspect the headers and map barcode, name, SKU and price.

    Your file stays local
  2. 02

    Design one label

Place the barcode and dynamic fields, set exact physical dimensions and preview real product rows.

    mm, inches and DPI
  3. 03

    Export the batch

Lay labels onto sheets or rolls, calibrate offsets, then download a printable PDF, ZIP or ZPL.

    Test before full print

Real product walkthrough

See a spreadsheet become print-ready labels.

This 25-second recording uses BatchLabel itself and a deliberately fictitious sample file. It shows the complete workflow—without mockups or uploaded customer data.

Errors you can actually fix

Find the broken row before your printer does.

BatchLabel validates every value, explains check-digit failures in plain language and lets you export a correction file.

  • Check digits generated when one is missing
  • Empty values and duplicates called out by row
  • Valid rows can continue while errors are corrected

Proof you can inspect

A new product, without invented reviews.

BatchLabel is newly launched. Until customers give permission to publish their results, the trust signals below link to working tools, documented limits and files you can test yourself.

Browser-local product rows

Spreadsheet parsing, validation and export run on your device. Only reusable work you explicitly save is synchronized.

Nine documented formats

EAN, UPC, Code 128, Code 39, ITF-14, GS1-128, Data Matrix and QR use the same validation engine across the UI and API.

Replace the fragile mail merge

Designed for labels, not documents.

Spreadsheets hold the data well. Word processors do not know about barcode quiet zones, check digits or thermal printer commands.

Practical answers

Before you print.

Does BatchLabel assign official EAN or UPC numbers?

No. BatchLabel turns a number you provide into its graphical barcode representation. It does not sell or assign GTIN, EAN or UPC identifiers.

Does my spreadsheet leave my computer?

No. CSV and XLSX parsing, validation, design and export run in your browser. An account synchronizes only the reusable projects, designs and mappings you explicitly save.

Can I print on label sheets and thermal rolls?

Yes. Configure A4, Letter or custom sheets, or set a thermal label size and export PDF or ZPL. Always test one page before a full production run.

Which spreadsheet columns can I use?

Map a barcode value plus optional name, SKU, price, description and any custom fields. Dynamic fields are inserted into one reusable label design.
