No. It renders and checks the structure of an ISBN-13 value you supply. ISBN assignment and bibliographic accuracy belong to authorized agencies and catalogues.
Can I include a price?
Yes as visible text from a mapped column. Specialized EAN add-on encoding is a separate format and should not be implied unless explicitly implemented and tested.
